NEW SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS DESSERTS FROM AULD’S IN RENFREWSHIRE

With over forty years’ experience supplying the foodservice market with innovative award winning frozen desserts, Auld’s Delicious Desserts is launching yet more tempting treats and they look convincingly chef-made.

New variants include Rhubarb Custard Tart with Corvoisier VS Cognac, Mandarin & Ginger Cheesecake, Chocolate & Chilli Truffle Torte and Fruit Fusion.

The company is particularly excited about the Fruit Fusion and says it combines the classic flavours of gateau & cheesecake in one innovative concept.  A carnival of colourful fruits including cranberries, apricotes, cherries and sultanas provide a “stunning” visual appearance whilst a delicate sprinkkling of pumpkins seeds adds a deliciously crunchy note.

Standards on their price list include Irish Cream Profiteroles, Sticky Waffle Pudding, Mango & Coconut Dessert, Raspberry Rippler and Paradise Slice.

I must say I think I’ve seen a lot of these desserts passed off as Chef’s specials in more than one up-scale restaurant.
