TINY ORGANIC PETFOOD COMPANY SHOWS THE WAY IN INNOVATION

April 27th, 2009

Henrietta Morrison has launched a range of organic petfoods which she has called Lilly’s after her dog who she brought back to vitality with organic formulations.

Henrietta Morrison’s dog Lilly was very poorly and her vet recommended a new diet.  Until this time Henrietta had been feeding Lilly on normal petfood.  After some research she was not that happy about what the pet foods on the market actually contained, so she set about formulating her own.

Now, two year’s later, she has a range of ambient, shelf stable, can’s and trays of, what she calls, human-grade organic materials such as organic lentils, pearl barley, organic carrots, butternut squash, green beans, peas, spinach, rose hips, marigold petals , lamb , beef, chicken and turkey to name a few.

To quote Henrietta “The food for our recipes comes from organic or local farmers and co-operatives.  You can choose from Home style Chicken and Turkey Casserole to Lamb Hotpot or Lamb and Spelt dinner.

There are nine products in the range, with more to come.
