Master Restaurateur and Chef, Cyrus Todiwala runs master classes throughout the year at his Cafe Spice Namaste restaurant in London. On the 6th March he is showcasing the the work of Japanese Chef Reiko Hara.
She will be demonstrating recipes from her well-recieved book entitled International Cuisine:Japan.
Naturally there will be a big focus on presentation, but she will also reveal the simplicity and complexity of authentic Japanese flavouring.
So for product developers and NPD folk in search of inspiration, this could be a class to catch.
and that in itself should be an inspiration to product developers as we look for points of difference and competitive advantage.
Following the class there will be a three course meal with wine.
