SIMPLE SIMON ADDS A FULL MONTY TO THE RANGE

Capitalising on the popularity of pies, Simon’s Pies has launched a full hearty breakfast – in a pie. It has a base of shredded potato, bacon, egg, beef sausage, beans, tomato and mature cheddar.

The pies contain vegetables, carbohydrates and protein and so offer a balanced diet . They are said to be easy to eat cold, or quick to heat up.

They are additive-free and are made using local ingredients, including organic meat from Blackmount Foods.

Other fillings are Chicken fillets in creamy tarragon sauce; Ratatouille with Feta cheese through to Spicy Mexican Chicken Fillets; Beef Sausages in Onion Gravy and Salmon in a horseradish and pink peppercorn sauce.
