Cheese maker’s family campaign
Cheese brand Leskol is to relaunch in the new year with a family-oriented advertising campaign.
The print adverts will feature the family of John Clothier, who created the half-fat cheddar recipe.
The campaign will share the unique story behind the product owned by independent cheese and milk processor Wyke Farms.
The adverts will explain, in John’s own words, how the creation of Leskol was a special labour of love by the family to ensure that he would be able to enjoy a heart-healthy, full-flavoured cheddar – even after being diagnosed with high cholesterol.
Richard Clothier, managing director of Wyke Farms, said: "We’re thrilled to introduce the new Leskol consumer print ad campaign, which revolves around the most important part of our business – our family.
"Leskol has been a labour of love for all of us from the very beginning, and we hope the warm messaging communicated in the new ad will resonate with British consumers and families."
