Loyd Grossman sauces get revamped

November 17th, 2008

The Loyd Grossman cooking sauces are to be given a face-life with the arrival of the Italian based Island Inspirations and a redesigned and a redeveloped Indian offering.

The Island Inspirations range by Premier Foods is a blend of traditional Italian flavours available in three varieties: Sicilian Style Tomato and Chilli with pine nuts and raisins; Sicilian Style Sun-dried Tomato, Garlic and Basil with toasted almond flakes; and Sardinian Style Tomato & Spicy Salami with a hint of sage.

New packaging design across the whole Grossman range has been designed to boost the brand and appeal to the discerning ‘foodie’ consumer.

The brand’s Indian recipes have also received a revamp with their ingredients being redeveloped to include more premium flavours such as whole chilli rings and toasted almond flakes.

The range contains nine varieties including Tikka Masala, Jalfrazi, Balti and Korma.

Matt Brown, head of marketing for Premier’s sauce division, said: "The new range is even more high-quality, with delicious ingredients that consumers will love. We are confident that all the improvements we are making across the Loyd Grossman range will prove hugely popular."
