Babylicious food is yummy, mummy!

November 16th, 2008

A new take on toddler-tempting baby food is proving veggylicious for hard-pressed mums anxious to introduce tasty and healthy greens to the menu.

The updates from Babylicious follow months of intensive research and reflect what today’s mums want when it comes to feeding their babies and toddlers.

The tricky issue of getting them to eat vegetables is tackled by Kiddylicious, billed as "the best of both worlds that includes some you can see, and some that you can’t".

A big change is Babylicious Stage 2 meals, with their easi-chew textures to help babies graduate from smooth purées to proper meals.

A spokeswoman said: "It’s important for children to learn to eat great tasting ‘real’ meals similar to the family meals they’ll have when they’re older.

"We simply make the food the same way mums do, so that they now have an alternative to doing it all themselves."
