New vitamin a shot above the rest

October 16th, 2008

A small vitamin drink has big ambitions of boosting vitamin and mineral levels in just one short shot.

Big Shotz is a fortified fruit juice, with levels of vitamins and minerals that rival any multivitamin supplement.

Perfect for anyone who runs on empty till lunch, Big Shotz says its mango and passionfruit juice shot will help meet the amount of essential nutrients needed to provide fuel throughout the day.

The juice mixture contains 17 vitamins and minerals, omega 3, prebiotic fibre and ginseng in a 120ml bottle.

As well as being low in fat, the drink is also free from preservatives, gluten and lactose, and caffeine.

As a liquid form the micronutrients are not only easier to swallow than tablets but are also absorbed more quickly into the body.

21% of the British men and 15% of British women eat no fruit or vegetables so the Big Shotz could be used to bridge the gap between diet and necessary nutrient intake.

Big Shotz’ RRP is £1.99 and it is sold in Selfridges, Waitrose, AMT Coffee, Coffee Republic and a selection of cafes, sandwich shops and convenience outlets.
