Two new sauces for Dolmio summer range

August 27th, 2008

Dolmio has introduced two new stir-in sauces for its Tastes of Summer range.

The brand states that the variants contain “100 per cent good honest ingredients” and add to the existing range of eight sauces.

Brand manager Gavin White said they could be used an ingredient in a range of dishes, as well as simply stirred into a portion of pasta.

“Our new Taste of Summer stir-in sauces are both delicious and versatile and are guaranteed to be a great hit with the whole family,” he said.

Both Spicy Tomato & Sweet Onion and Cherry Tomato & Pesto variants are to be available with a recommended retail price of £1.35.

The move follows the introduction last month of a new product to the Tastes of Italy range.

Dolmio’s Taste of Sicily sauce contains sun-ripened tomatoes, basil and roasted garlic, Talking Retail reported.
