Organic coconut company arrives
A new range of organic food products are now available in the UK, as Tiana officially launches.
The company specialises in coconut-based foods, all of which it says are fair traded and eco-friendly.
Among the products in the range are virgin coconut oil and organic coconut flour.
Business development director Tanya Harris said: “Our coconut products are perfect for people seeking a healthier alternative to traditional flours or oils and can help with weight loss.”
She added that the dairy, wheat and gluten-free products can be multi-functional, with the oil safe for use as a hair conditioner.
“All in all they provide a very cost effective product,” stated Ms Harris.
Tiana CocoTop will also be available as for cake toppings, packaged as coconut chips or desiccated coconut.
Last month Talking Retail reported that Livewell had launched a range of gluten-free breads, including pitta pockets and a multiseeded loaf.
