Eat Natural introduces toasted muesli

August 27th, 2008

The makers of a new breakfast product claim to have created an entirely new category in the process.

According to Talking Retail, toasted mueslis from Eat Natural will go on sale next week.

Four varieties will be available in the Eat Natural for breakfast range, with two of them representing gluten-free options.

The products are mixed by hand and include ingredients such as gooseberries, pecans and pumpkin seeds.

Co-founder of Eat Natural Praveen Vijh explained that the premium range comes in response to many people putting little effort into the first meal of the day.

“By putting a little bit of care and indulgence back into breakfast, we could make Eat Natural for breakfast an altogether more relaxed, natural and special affair,” he said.

Recently Rude Health launched a muesli that contained no raisins, currants or sultanas, claiming this was a first for the UK market.
