Celebrity chef launches chocolate health food
Celebrity chef Paul Da-Costa-Greaves has announced the development of a new organic chocolate bar.
Mr Da-Costa-Greaves is the director of Feeding Your Imagination, a company specialising in fine organic foods.
He said: “I have developed a keen interest in natural remedies and it was this interest mixed with my passion of food that led me to develop my handmade organic therapeutic chocolate”.
The latest product marks the first time that Feeding Your Imagination has entered the health food category and Mr Da-Costa-Greaves explained that it contains edible essential oils to enhance consumers’ moods.
It joins the company’s existing range of nine organic chocolate bars, luxury desserts and gourmet seaweed sauces.
Another celebrity chef, Alan Coxon, recently introduced a range of new vinegars.
Varieties such as Roman Vinaigre and Medieval Old English Ale-Gar were added to his Historic Foods brand after eight years of research into recipes and ingredients used in the past.
