Alcoholic drinks ‘perfected’ by Anglo
Anglo Drinks has unveiled four new alcoholic beverages, all premixed and suitable as a premium alcopop.
The Crystal Camel range will include gin and tonic, vodka and orange, vodka and tonic, and rum and cola flavours.
Managing director of Anglo Drinks Andy Howe explained the work that went into the 12 month process of development for the drinks.
“Taste tests were a vital part of the NPD [new product development] process. We pride ourselves on the quality and taste of all of our products. We conducted our own tasting panels and Crystal Camel was also put through Tesco taste tests,” he said.
He added that some of the final products had been amended at least ten times before they were “absolutely right”.
Last week, Sovio Wines announced the launch of a low-alcohol sparkling wine in time for the summer season.
