Mobile cocktails arrive
A leading cocktail mixologist has created an exciting new venture that combines expertise, creativity and mobility.
Gary Hayward claims that Quench Inspirations will “bring the quality and exclusivity of a high-end cocktail bar to an event or venue of your choice”.
The luxury bespoke bar service comes in the form of two core services – a unique high class private bar service Quenchlive and Quenchology for corporate affairs.
Quenchlive has already appeared at events for leading companies such as Selfridges, Middlesborough Football Club and Odeon Cinemas, while Quenchology offers an extensive range of services including bar design, motivational team building and private ‘Cocktailtainment events’.
Mr Hayward’s skills have previously won him praise and the 28-year-old was the youngest ever finalist for the prestigious UK Bartender of the Year Awards. He is director of the Boutique Bar in Leeds and has served cocktails for a host of celebrities such as the Beckhams and Elton John.
“Our aim is to be the Number One,” he declared. “Quench offers an unrivalled mix of youth and experience, with the perfect blend of creative and marketing expertise. We want to set the standard for mobile bars in the north.”
Porter Foods unveiled two new cocktail ingredients at the BAR Show in Earls Court, London, this month. Vincotto PrimitivO and Wild Hibiscus (Rosella) Flowers are now available for sale from the Porter Foods website and hail from Italy and Australia respectively.
