Sacla ventures into TV advertising

In a bid to increase its exposure to the UK market, Sacla is to sponsor some programming on UKTV.

Starting from Monday, the food will be seen on UKTV across a range of programming called Real Food Lovers, Talking Retail reports.

The advertising will be spread from morning to evening and will cover eight hours of each weekday for six months.

Managing director of Sacla UK Limited Clare Blampied stated: “It’s a hugely exciting time for us on TV, as we have only just launched a very pioneering, new £2 million multi-channel advertising campaign.”

Sacla will also appear on the channel’s website as well as in competitions and newsletters.

Channel head of UKTV Food Richard Kingsbury added that the company is synonymous with “quality” and “passion”, values the channel was looking to work with.

Sacla produces anti pasta products, pesto and pasta sauces.
