New sorbets launched
A collection of new sorbets have been launched by luxury dessert maker La Maison des Sorbets.
The company was recently crowned with a Caterer Excellence in Food and Drink award and is about to celebrate its 25th year of establishment, CatererSearch reports.
La Maison des Sorbets is adding six new dessert products to it as already bulging portfolio of over 100 sweet treats.
Furthermore, each dish is handmade by the firm’s chefs.
Harlequin Parfait and Pistachio Mousse are two of the new products in the line up, as well as a selection of dairy ice creams.
The rather unusual ice cream flavours are Apple Crumble and Mince Pie as well as Black Cherry Sorbet.
Finally Truffe Aux Deux Chocolats completes the new range along with Assiettes Souffles Glaces in Passionfruit.
Yesterday, Cadbury announced a new innovation of an old classic by introducing Toffee Crunch Fingers.
